Hi there! I'm Jeffry, the passionate founder and CEO of Geek Body Wellness LLC! Before diving into our incredible mission, let me share a bit about my journey. At just ten years old, I was diagnosed with ADHD and started my challenging path with medications. I've faced ups and downs from being thin to obese seemingly over night, to overcoming serious mental health issues and transforming my life.

My 13 year challenge with weight loss, body dysmorphia, and depression taught me invaluable lessons that I know many others are plagued with too. Now, I'm here to help you on your own journey to a healthier and happier self!
